On August 24, 2022, an investor group led by Champlain Financial Corporation, including Fondaction, announced that it has acquired Armoires Cuisines Action, Québec's leader in the design, manufacture and installation of custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, laundry rooms and other custom residential storage, in July 2022.
Being the largest manufacturer/retailer of custom cabinets in Quebec to operate a production line and computer system designed specifically for custom-made products from design, manufacture, delivery to after-sales service, Armoires Cuisines Action impressed Champlain Financial Corporation with their strong track record and its management team.
This new partnership will propel Armoires Cuisines Action into a growth dynamic commensurate with its ambitions in the coming years as Champlain’s strategic and operational expertise will help the company achieve their accelerated growth plans.
