On January 3, 2023, three of BC’s YMCAs merged to form “YMCA BC”.  The new organization is dedicated to building communities, transforming lives and connecting people with a wide range of programs and service offered to British Columbians.

Fasken advised The YMCA of Great Vancouver with a team led by Dierk Ullrich (Corporate Commercial, Charities & Non-profit) and Allison MacInnis (Real Estate) and included Cara Chu (Real Estate), Nicole Lacis (Corporate), Barbara Vanderburgh (Real Estate), Clayton Jones (Employment), Nicolas Kasting (Real Estate/Banking), Andrew Jackson (Banking).
