Fasken advised STANLIB Asset Management, through its subsidiary, Greenstreet and STANLIB Infrastructure Fund II, in respect of its acquisition of 100% of the share capital in Scatec Solar South Africa B.V. (incorporated in the Netherlands) (“Target”) from Scatec Solar Netherlands B.V., (incorporated in the Netherlands), a wholly owned subsidiary of Scatec ASA and Norfund. The Fasken team comprised of Werner De Waal, Conor McFadden, Janke Strydom, David Pule and Johan Coertze.
