LMPG Inc. acquires Lumca Inc.
Fasken acted for LMPG Inc. (“LMPG”), formerly known as Lumenpulse Group Inc., a leading specification-grade LED lighting solutions group, in connection with its acquisition of Lumca Inc. (“Lumca”), a pure-play innovative LED lighting solutions provider in the site and area market. The sister brand “BrightLife by Lumca”, specialised in intelligent connectivity solutions, is also part of the acquisition by LMPG.
