Fasken represented British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority with a team led by Matthew Ghikas (Energy) and included Chris Bystrom and Tariq Ahmed (Energy). The complex proceeding conducted by the British Columbia Utilities Commission spanned over a year and a half, and involved many interveners.
