FortisBC Energy Inc.

Fasken represents FortisBC, British Columbia’s largest gas utility, in a dispute with a municipality over the terms of relocation of gas infrastructure to accommodate a municipal project. Fasken represented FortisBC before the BCUC with a team led by Matthew Ghikas and included Tariq Ahmed and Courtney Gibbons.  In the Court of Appeal, the team is led by Geoff Cowper KC with Tariq Ahmed and Matthew Ghikas.
