Overview

Acting as lead counsel for FortisBC Energy Inc., the proponent of a 3 billion cubic feet Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage facility near Vancouver, British Columbia, in a proceeding to obtain British Columbia Utilities Commission approval to construct and operate the facility.  

Fasken represented FortisBC Energy Inc. with a team led by Matthew Ghikas (Energy & Utility Regulation) and included Niall Rand (Energy) and Madison Grist (Environmental) and Dani Bryant (Energy).
