Mkango Resources Ltd. raises £3.5 million on a private placement basis

Fasken acted as counsel to Mkango Resources Ltd. (“Mkango”), a Canadian mining company focused on the development of rare earth metals, listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and AIM, in relation to a private placement in the amount of £3.5 million. The proceeds of the private placement are expected to enable Mkango to catalyse the completion of near term milestones for its mining and recycling assets, including advancing the Mine Development Agreement for the Songwe Rare Earths Project with the Government of Malawi.
