A syndicate of lenders led by Royal Bank of Canada

On March 2, 2023, WideOrbit LLC (“WideOrbit”), a worldwide leader in advertisement management, secured US$185 million in financing by way of a revolving credit facility, together with an uncommitted US$75 million accordion provided by a syndicate of Canadian and International banks led by Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as Administrative Agent.

Establishment of the credit facility will to support the financing of acquisitions and assist with WideOrbit’s general corporate matters.

Fasken acted as lead counsel to the syndicate of lenders led by RBC with a team led by Dev Singh and including Jon Holmstrom, Daniel Conrad, Natalie Prange and Gurkirat Batth (Articling Student).
