A syndicate of lenders with The Bank of Nova Scotia acting as administrative agent

On December 20, 2022, a syndicate of international lenders led by The Bank of Nova Scotia (“Scotiabank”) as administrative agent completed US$2.5 billion secured credit facilities (inclusive of a US$500 million accordion) in financing provided to TELUS International, a TSX and NYSE listed company, in connection with its US$1.225 billion acquisition of WillowTree.

Fasken represented the syndicate of international lenders led by Scotiabank in connection with this transaction with a team led by David Ferris and including Daniel Conrad, Hussein Rehmanji, Christopher Steeves (Tax), Ross Gascho (Pensions & Benefits) and Gurkirat Batth (Articling Student).
