On August 9, 2022, Dignio AS, a Norwegian health technology company, announced its acquisition of the assets of AceAge Inc., a manufacturer of medication dispensers.

Through the acquisition, Dignio AS will strengthen its position as an innovator within health technology and deliver new and better solutions to its customers.
