On November 7, 2022, Schivo Medical Limited ("Schivo") completed the indirect acquisition of APN Inc., a recognized leader in proprietary AFP valves, fittings, and tubing technologies for analytical instrumentation and Minimally Invasive Surgical (MIS) devices, located in Quebec, Canada. The acquisition was effected through a Canadian subsidiary of Schivo.
Schivo, headquartered in Waterford, Ireland, manufactures, assembles and delivers prototypes and finished devices for the medical device and life sciences markets.
