On March 31, 2023, Tru Tech Corporation (“Tru Tech”), a Canadian leader in exterior door manufacturing, was acquired by ODL, Incorporated, a prominent American supplier of building products and glass. The cross-border transaction is expected to accelerate Tru Tech’s future growth, enhance its service model, and expand its impact further throughout North America.
