On April 20, 2023, Vivid Machines Inc. (“Vivid Machines”), a company developing advanced computer technology that provides precise crop data to fruit growers, announced the completion of its first round of seed funding in the amount of US$4.3 million.
Vivid Machines intends to use the proceeds from its seed round to accelerate the development of a broader set of system applications as well as expand its capabilities to a wider variety of fruit crops.
Fasken advised Vivid Machines with a team comprised of Will Shaw, Veronique Poulin and Alec McIlwraith-Black.
