Elemental Royalties Corp. completed the acquisition of a gold purchase and sale agreement (the "Ming Gold Stream") with Rambler Metals and Mining Canada Limited.
As consideration for the Ming Gold Stream, Elemental made an advance cash payment of US$11 million to Rambler Metals and Mining PLC.
The completion of the acquisition is Elemental Royalties Corp.’s first transaction with a Canadian mine, providing immediate cash flow to Elemental while further increasing their exposure to mining jurisdictions.
