On March 30, 2023, LifeSpeak Inc. ("LifeSpeak" or the “Company”) signed and closed a financing transaction with Beedie Investments Ltd. (“Beedie”) pursuant to which the Company entered into a credit agreement with Beedie for a non-revolving convertible loan in the principal amount of C$15 million. The loan was financed by way of a single advance to the Company of C$15 million.
