On May 31, 2023, Stratum announced the sale of its Canadian business, Stratum Reservoir (Canada), ULC, a highly reputable industry leader in reservoir characterization, applied geosciences and advanced analysis and interpretation of rocks and fluids, to AGAT Laboratories Ltd., a specialized Canadian owned laboratory headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. Stratum's team was lead by Jason Buchman, Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, and Meredith Krimmel, Assistant General Counsel.
