On May 26, 2023, Worley, a global provider of professional services in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors, announced the closing of the sale of its North American maintenance and turnaround business to CAM Industrial Solutions LLC, a portfolio company of an investor group led by Cross Rapids Capital LP, for cash consideration of US$125 million. The sale also included Worley's power operations and maintenance business, but did not include its construction and fabrication business in North America.
