On June 13, 2023, Champion Electric Metals Inc. (the “Company”) closed an approximately C$4.2 million private placement offering of flow-through common shares in the capital of the Company (the “FT Shares”). A total of 20,850,000 FT Shares were sold at a price of C$0.20 per FT Share.
