Helios Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: HLIO) (“Helios” or the “Company”), a leader in global industrial technology, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Taimi R&D, Inc. (“Taimi”) in May 2022.
This acquisition further strengthens Helios’ hydraulics and electronics portfolios. Indeed, Taimi brings a complementary product line that enhances Helios’ ability to create industry leading solutions for Helios and a strong engineering breadth having developed proprietary, scalable technology and solutions-based offerings that are distributed in 34 countries.
