AGA Benefit Solutions, a leading Québec-based developer and administrator of customized group insurance and retirement plans and one of the country’s largest employee benefits providers, announced the acquisition of Cangaroo, a Québec-based small business that developed an online HR management software.
Cangaroo stands out from the competition with a service offering that combines HR software design and group insurance and retirement services. The Cangaroo HR software helps transform employee and employer experience by streamlining HR management, including the management of employee records, group benefits, performance reviews, requests for time-off, job applications and timesheets.
This acquisition will enable AGA Benefit Solutions to expand its service offering to Canadian businesses in an innovative way, in addition to welcoming new forward-thinking and talented people to its team.
AGA Benefit Solutions completed this transaction in partnership with Novacap, a leading North American private equity firm.
