On September 29, 2023, Twenty31 Consulting Inc. ("Twenty31"), a prominent Canadian tourism and destination management consulting firm, was acquired by Skift, Inc. ("Skift"), a leading global travel intelligence company based in New York.
The cross-border transaction is expected to accelerate Twenty31 and Skift's future growth and further establishes Skift as the world's most influential travel intelligence company.
