JAM Accounting Group LLP acquires the assets of John H.C. Pinsent Professional Corporation

On January 10, 2024, JAM Accounting Group LLP (“JAM Accounting”) successfully acquired the assets of John H.C. Pinsent Professional Corporation pursuant to an Asset Purchase Agreement.

Fasken advised JAM Accounting in its formation as a limited liability partnership under the Partnership Act (Alberta) and in completing the asset acquisition with a team comprised of Brad Schneider and Samuel Kalmakoff (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Andrew Burt and David Kim (Banking).
