On January 19, 2024, Canopy Growth Corporation (the “Company”), closed an approximately US$35 million private placement offering (the “Offering”) of units of the Company (the “Units”). A total of 8,158,510 Units were sold at a price of US$4.29 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant of the Company.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners and ATB Capital Markets USA Inc. acted as placement agents (the “Placement Agents”) in connection with the Offering.
