On July 3, 2023, Electrovaya Inc. (“Electrovaya” or the “Company”), a Canadian lithium-ion battery manufacturer commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) after the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC approved the listing of the Company’s common shares. Electrovaya trades on the NASDAQ under the symbol “ELVA”.
