Foodtastic completed the acquisition of Archibald Restaurant.
This acquisition will significantly contribute to the growth and expansion of Foodtastic. It will also enhance Foodtastic’s portfolio with the addition of a renown Québec restaurant chain.
With the completion of this acquisition, Foodtastic Inc. now holds the exclusive rights to develop Archibald restaurants. Foodtastic plans to open several new Archibald restaurants over the next 24 months, further strengthening its presence in the market across the province and within Canada.
