On February 15, 2024, Fredonia Mining Inc. (“Fredonia”), a TSXV-listed mining company engaged in the exploration of gold and silver deposits in Argentina, completed a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of approximately C$900,000. The net proceeds of the private placement are intended to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Fasken advised Fredonia in connection with this transaction with a team led by Paul Fornazzari and Myroslav Chwaluk, including George Soules and Cole Halbert (Corporate), as well as Kathryn McCoy (Articling Student).
