On December 29, 2023, Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (“Rock Tech”) announced the completion of a non-brokered private placement of units. Each unit of the Offering is comprised of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant for aggregate gross proceeds of C$5.8 million. 

Rock Tech intends to use the proceeds from the private placement to finance its lithium project near Thunder Bay, Ontario.
