On February 8, 2024, Rugby Canada and the Canadian Rugby Players Association announced a new Collective Agreement, strengthening the partnership between the organizations for the next three years.
The Collective Agreement provides national team players with an outline of the rights and responsibilities of all parties, formal representation, and better collaboration between Rugby Canada and its players.
Fasken advised Rugby Canada regarding the Agreement with a team comprised of Arif Chowdhury and Robert Wood.
