Sprott Private Resource Streaming and Royalty (B) Corp. purchases 3.1% net smelter returns royalty on the Premier Gold Project for USD $30,000,000

Sprott Private Resource Streaming and Royalty (B) Corp. (“Sprott Streaming”) purchased a 3.1% net smelter return royalty on the Premier Gold Project owned by Ascot Resources Ltd. (“Ascot”) for USD $30,000,000. The royalty financing was in combination with Ascot procuring additional financing in the form of a USD $20,000,000 credit facility and an approximately CAD $29,000,000 bought deal private placement. The financing package will be used, among other things, for the construction and operational ramp up of the Premier Gold Project and to buy back existing royalties.

This is a follow on to a 2023 C$200,000,000 financing package procured by Ascot, which included a USD $110,000,000 gold and silver streaming agreement between Ascot and Sprott Streaming.
