On March 12, 2024, WSP Global Inc. one of the largest professional service firms in the world, successfully completed the acquisition of Communica Public Affairs Inc. through its Canadian subsidiary, WSP Canada Inc.
Communica Public Affairs Inc. is one of Canada's premier firms specializing in Indigenous and stakeholder regulatory engagement services and software and this acquisition will allow WSP Global Inc. to enhance its ability to respond to the increasing demand for stakeholder engagement and information management services.
