On April 1, 2024, Building Controls & Solutions ("BC Solutions, LLC" or the "Company"), through its subsidiary BC Solutions - Canada, Ltd., successfully completed an add-on acquisition of Yorkland Controls Limited by way of a share purchase agreement.
BC Solutions, LLC is a portfolio company of LKCM Headwater Investments ("LKCM"), a Texas-based private investment firm. The acquisition will strengthen the Company's presence and capabilities in the Canadian market. The combined entity will be positioned to set new standards in building automation and parts distribution and to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to local markets across North America.
Fasken provided Canadian legal counsel to LKCM and BC Solutions, LLC with an advisory team led by Alex Nikolic.
