Valley Summits completed an intergenerational transfer, thereby ensuring that the company’s values, structure and winning formula will be passed down to the next generation.
Valley Summits operates a total of five ski resorts: Sommet Saint-Sauveur, Sommet Olympia, Sommet Gabriel and Sommet Morin-Heights in the Saint-Sauveur valley, as well as Sommet Edelweiss in the Outaouais region. In addition to snow sports, it offers a wide range of activities year round, including a themed water park, alpine rides and minigolf. Its mission is to offer exciting recreational products and services, while seeking to enhance the customer experience.
A Fasken team composed of Denis Chaurette and Vincent Chaurette advised Valley Summits Inc. in connection with this reorganization.
