On May 23, 2024, Sonoma Capital Corp. "Sonoma" announced their strategic investment by The Megill - Stephenson Company Limited “Megill”.
Based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Megill is the Chipman family holding company, which has many strategic portfolio investments in the sports and entertainment industries, as well as a long, successful history in the equipment finance businesses.
