On July 12, 2024 Pendine Group, backed by Beach Equity Investors, announced the acquisition of ASG Group, a leading automotive aftermarket group.
ASG Group specializes in the development, engineering, design, and manufacturing of high-quality aftermarket vehicle accessories. ASG attracts significant clients in the automotive and industrial sectors and strives to maintain its competitive advantage by investing in the latest manufacturing technologies and in highly skilled professionals.
Fasken’s role on the transaction involved advising Pendine Group on the acquisition of ASG Group and also Knetic as part of a buy and build strategy. Fasken also advised on the equity and debt components of the transaction.
