On August 1, 2024, Steppe Gold Ltd. (“Steppe”) announced that it had successfully completed its acquisition of Boroo Gold, LLC (“Boroo”) pursuant to a share exchange agreement. Further, Steppe announced that it had concurrently completed its sale of the Tres Cruces Oxide Project to Boroo Pte Ltd.
The successful completion of this transaction resulted in Steppe becoming the leading gold producer in Mongolia.
