The Sarjeant Company Limited

In November 2023, The Sarjeant Company Limited (“Sarjeant”), a leading Canadian construction and energy solutions provider, completed its acquisition of propane distribution related assets, facilities, and properties in Northern Ontario from Superior Plus LP, by way of asset purchase.
