On September 4, 2024, Ulula Canada Inc. (“Ulula”), a leading human rights technology and analytics company completed a sale transaction with EcoVadis, a globally trusted sustainability intelligence technology provider for an undisclosed purchased price. 

As a result of the acquisition, EcoVadis aims to deliver a significantly enhanced product which features Ulula’s on-the-ground worker engagement platform known for its confidentiality, accessibility and recurring sampling of workforce at scale.
