Designer Brands Inc. Acquires Les Chaussures Rubino Inc.

Designer Brands Inc. completed the acquisition of Les Chaussures Rubino Inc. in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, a transaction that includes the acquisition of 28 Rubino stores across the province of Québec.

This strategic acquisition gives Designer Brands Inc. a presence for the first time in the province of Quebec.
