Pender Growth Fund announced the closing of the purchase of all of the issued and outstanding fully-diluted shares of POWR Inc., Rowanwood Professional Services, CHL Software and Assured Software Limited for an aggregate purchase price of C$17 million, subject to standard adjustments.
