Unimetals Group Limited

On September 30, 2024, Unimetals Group Limited (the "Company"), a UK headquartered metals processing, recycling and trading business, completed its acquisition of Sims Group UK Limited, the UK's second largest metal recycler and previously a subsidiary of Sims Limited, an Australian publicly listed global leader in metal recycling.
