On December 19, 2024, Absorb Software Inc. (the “Company”), a global learning technology company developing cloud-based software for learning and performance management, through its affiliate Absorb Holdings Corporation, acquired Together (US) Inc. and Together Software Incorporated, industry-leading mentorship and peer-to-peer learning software companies pursuant to a Merger Agreement (the “Transaction”).
Fasken advised the Company in connection with the Transaction with a team comprised of Brendan Sawatsky, Jason Giborski, Sarah Gingrich, Aman Marwaha, Shyla Halseth, Samuel Kalmakoff, and Olivia Pietras (Corporate), Bruce Graham (Employment), Michael Coburn and Matthew Wilkins (Tax), Samantha Delechantos (Privacy), and Roger Kuypers (IP/IT).
