On November 1, 2024, Beringer Capital completed a strategic investment in Northern Commerce, a digital transformation consultancy based in London, Ontario. Northern Commerce is a customer experience consultancy that designs and implements digital experience and commerce solutions for leading brands across multiple industries.
Beringer Capital is a private equity firm specializing in the digital transformation, information and technology, marketing and media sectors. The transaction is the first investment of Beringer Capital’s Fund V in support of local innovation and growth in Canada.
