On January 6, 2025, Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited (“Gallagher Canada”), a leading provider of insurance, risk management, and consulting services, successfully completed the acquisition of Canadian retail insurance brokerage, Encore Insurance Services Inc. ("Encore"), by way of a share purchase agreement.
Encore, based in Waterloo, Ontario, is a highly regarded firm serving commercial clients across Ontario, with a focus on the manufacturing, construction and financial sectors. Encore’s expertise enhances Gallagher Canada’s existing retail brokerage capabilities.
