Skyward Wildfire Technologies Ltd. secures first venture capital financing

Skyward Wildfire Technologies Ltd. (Skyward), a climate & fire solution that prevents lightning from starting catastrophic wildfires, announced the closing of its seed round and over $4.3 million in venture and grant funding.

Fasken advised Skyward with a team led by Shahrooz Nabavi and Katie Chandler (technology), and included Brock Euper and Sarina Trasolini (technology).
