On February 28, 2025, Apply Digital ULC (Apply Digital), a global digital transformation company, purchased all the issued and outstanding shares of Ragnarok Inc., operator of a marketing agency intended to handle strategy, creative, development, and tech stack problems.
The transaction strengthens Apply Digital’s customer engagement and omnichannel marketing expertise, enabling improved outcomes for its clients.
