On April 5, 2024, Gallagher Benefit Services (Canada) Group Inc. (“Gallagher Canada”), a leading provider of benefits, HR and organization consulting services, successfully completed the acquisition of Canadian individual and group life insurance brokerage, Brunswick Financial Group Ltd. ("Brunswick”), by way of a share purchase agreement.
Brunswick, based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, has a long history of designing benefits programs that attract, retain, and reward employees and doing what’s right for employers in New Brunswick.
