On June 5, 2024, Gallagher Benefit Services (Canada) Group Inc. (“Gallagher Canada”), a leading provider of benefits, HR and organization consulting services, successfully completed the acquisition of Canadian employee benefits advisory company, HFI Benefits Inc. ("HFI”), by way of a share purchase agreement.
HFI, based in Edmonton, Alberta, has a strong history of providing employee benefits advisory and support services in Alberta and British Columbia.
