On February 26, 2025, Nussir ASA (Nussir), a private Norwegian mining company with copper-silver-gold mining assets in northern Norway, completed the sale of 93.55% of its shares to Blue Moon Metals Inc. (Blue Moon), a TSXV listed mining company, for consideration of approximately US$55.3 million. The consideration was satisfied by the issuance by Blue Moon of shares at a deemed price of C$0.30 per share to Nussir shareholders. Blue Moon completed a concurrent brokered private placement for proceeds of C$30 million. On completion, Nussir shareholders held approximately 47.29% of the issued and outstanding shares of Blue Moon.
