On March 18, 2025, Nanoprecise Sci Corp., an automated AI-based predictive maintenance solution provider, raised US$38 million in Series C equity financing. The equity portion was led by Yaletown Innovation Growth II Limited Partnership (Yaletown Partners), a leading Canadian venture capital firm, and BDC Capital Inc. (BDC Capital), the investment arm of the Business Development Bank of Canada.
